Thank you for your interest in the MOMS Club® of Woodbury .

Step One: Complete the form below to get in touch with us! One of our board members will reach out to you and invite you to join us for a public chapter event where you can meet other members and see firsthand what the club is like before deciding if you want to officially join.

Step Two: After you've attended an introductory event, please complete our "Get to Know You" Form and "Volunteer Interest" Form. They are located in the drop down menu under the "Join Us" tab of the navigation bar.

Step Three: Once a board member has confirmed receiving your completed application, it's time to finalize your membership with payment of dues. Initial dues are $25 and cover our chapter operating expenses and special club event costs. This can be paid by the link below or by turning in a check to our Treasurer. Please only pay AFTER you have received confirmation that all of your necessary paperwork is completed in Step Two. 

Step Four: Welcome to MOMS Club®! You are now officially a member and will receive an invite to our Private Facebook page..
